Grove City College offers group visits for school groups or youth organizations, and these visits are designed for high school students specifically. A group visit includes a chapel service, an admissions presentation, a walking tour, and lunch in one of our dining halls. An average group visit is approximately four hours long (9 a.m. to 1 p.m.) and is organized with the prospective college student in mind. Group visits are not intended to be school field trips.
Group visits are available on Wednesdays and Fridays from August to May and on weekdays during the summer. Please consult our Academic Calendar prior to making your request in order to avoid days that are not suitable for a group visit (e.g. campus breaks, midterms, final exams, etc.).
To schedule your group visit, submit a Group Visit Request Form. The Office of Admissions will confirm your visit with a formal visitation confirmation and agreement. No visit request is confirmed until the visitation agreement is signed by your group contact and returned to the Office of Admissions.
Please note: Visiting groups must have at least one adult chaperone per 15 students. The adult chaperones are responsible for the group and their possessions during the visit. It is the expectation that visiting students conduct themselves respectfully while on campus.
For further inquiries about group visits, contact Lynise Massella, Assistant Director of Admissions Events and Visits (724-458-2100).
