Built in 2006, the newer Colonial Hall Apartments offer male and female students full amenities and furnishings with a kitchen, living room, bedroom(s), and bathroom(s) in each apartment. Residents pay approximately the same as what students on upper campus pay for room and board. The cost of all furnishings and utilities is included in the cost. If desired, apartment residents may purchase meal plans to eat in the cafeterias, but many students enjoy cooking meals in their apartment.
Students in double apartments share a larger bedroom. The triple and quad apartments have individual bedrooms for each resident. The building hosts annual trick-or-treating for the community and a student garage sale at the end of the year.
