Master of Science in Business Analytics graduates and candidates are moving up in their careers thanks to the Grove City College program.
A 2023 Graduate & Online Studies Program survey of alumni and students seeking the MSBA degree indicated their coursework and credentials impressed employers and contributed to promotions they received.
“We’re very proud of our academically strong and highly professional adult learners and cohorts. In the past year, more than half have achieved promotions or landed dream roles while working toward their master’s degree,” said Dr. Christy Crute, director of Graduate & Online Programs.
The MSBA candidates and graduates include several alumni who looked to Grove City College to continue their studies and professional development. Business Analytics student Andrew Gonzalez ’17, ’24 just accepted a promotion to Administrative Director of HSLDA Online Academy. Gonzalez is among the nearly 80% of MSBA students who have taken new jobs or significant promotions since starting the program.
“In this new role, I can use the statistics, machine learning, and forecasting skills I've learned in the MSBA program to accomplish the strategic goals of our online academy,” Gonzales said.
