Services are at 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 10, in Harbison Chapel on the campus of Grove City College. Dr. F. Stanley Keehlwetter, dean of Chapel, will deliver a Christmas meditation “The Indescribable Gift” and the College’s Touring Choir and Brass Quintet will provide special music. The service also features the reading of “Thou Wilt Light My Candle,” which is a special Grove City College tradition during the Advent season. It was read for many years by The Rev. Dr. Richard Morledge ’54, retired dean of Chapel, at the candlelight service. This year marks the 35th annual reading. The services are always well attended by students and the community and seating can be at a premium. Early arrival is recommended. The services will be available online at www.gcc.edu/livestream.
