Grove City College will observe Martin Luther King Jr. Day with a service at 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 20 in Harbison Chapel on campus.
The service will celebrate the biblical themes of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s mission and vision through traditional hymns, responsive readings, and reflections from students, alumni, and College staff. Kendall Hunter, director of the College’s Imago Dei Center, will speak on how the civil rights leader’s legacy aligns with Grove City College's mission as a Christ-centered community.
The service is part of the Office of Christian Formation’s Faith for Life series.
