Caroline Lindey, a rising sophomore, is one of about 20 Grove City College political science students participating in internships around the country.
Caroline is interning at Victims of Communism, a memorial foundation for past and present victims of communist regimes. Caroline recently wrote a piece titled “Why Tiananmen is Commemorated in Hong Kong and Washington—Not Beijing” to highlight the difference between how the Tiananmen Square massacre of 1989 is remembered in Washington, D.C. and Hong Kong, and deliberately erased in Beijing.
