Math Blast 2022 adds up to fun

Grove City College will host Math Blast 2022 on Saturday, March 19 in the Staley Hall of Arts and Letters on campus.

Math Blast provides fun and engaging math lessons to children in kindergarten through eighth grade. It is free and open to the public. All of the sessions are taught by Grove City College education students, who volunteer their time to prepare and teach interactive lessons.

More than a dozen different, grade-level classes are offered, with each child participating in two different classes in a hands-on learning environment.

Registration begins at 9 a.m. in the atrium of the Staley Hall of Arts and Letters, with the first session beginning at 9:30 a.m. and the second at 10:30 a.m. There is no preregistration. Masks are optional for most classes, but are required for a few others.

This program is sponsored by Grove City College's Department of Mathematics.
