Consultant to discuss ‘Economics of National Security’

The School of Business at Grove City College will host guest speaker Chad Braley at 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 4 in Sticht Lecture Hall of the Staley Hall of Arts and Letters on campus.

Braley, chief executive officer and founder of Capital Edge Consulting, will discuss “The Economics of National Security.” The lecture is free and open to the public.

Capital Edge Consulting focuses solely on serving both foreign and domestic contractors who do business with the United States government. Braley provides support in the areas of accounting, contracts, compliance, and training to clients in a wide range of industries, including aerospace, biotech and life sciences, defense and homeland security, education, energy, health care, information technology, intelligence, and manufacturing.

“Chad Braley brings a wealth of knowledge regarding the ways in which the economic landscape is impacted by both defense and welfare spending.  His ability to connect with his audience is well-known and his keynote lecture will be beneficial to students in a variety of majors,” Michelle McFeaters ’88, ’02, dean of the School of Business and professor of Accounting.
