The highly acclaimed theatre program at Grove City College is an extracurricular extension of the Department of English and features two mainstage productions and numerous student productions every academic year. Students can earn one credit of theatre practicum every semester by working on College productions:
All Grove City College students, regardless of major, are welcome to audition for theatre productions and work on any production crew. Students interested in the performing arts can earn a minor in theatre by completing 24 credits in performance, dramatic literature, and technical theatre.

Orchesis is Grove City College’s student-run dance troupe. The organization plans, produces, and presents a show in the fall semester that highlights many dance styles including ballet, tap, jazz, and modern. Dancer tryouts occur in September, open to all students. Each of the student-choreographed dances rehearses each week during the fall semester leading up to the performance. During spring semester, Orchesis dancers and choreographers worship God through dance with performances during Family Weekend.
