Program Providers

Our study abroad program providers specialize in assisting students with their plans by providing comprehensive advising and support, full-time resident staffing, on-site offices, housing, excursions, visa support, registration, and assistance with obtaining official transcripts from the host university.

Program providers offer many additional benefits to Grove City College students including reduced application fees, scholarship opportunities, and personalized logins to web information.

Academic Programs International (API)

• API offers programs in 40 cities within 18 countries.

American Institute for Foreign Study (AIFS)

• AIFS offers programs in 15+ countries.
• Programs include housing, a meal plan, and round trip airfare.

CAPA The Global Education Network

• CAPA offers internships, seminars, and study abroads for a summer, semester, or full year in Buenos Aires, Dublin, Florence, London, Shanghai, and Sydney.

Center for International Studies (CIS Abroad)

• CIS Abroad offers your choice of study abroad programs in 19 countries around the world for a semester, summer, or full academic year.

Council on International Education Exchange (CIEE)

• CIEE offers 193 programs in 40+ countries and spans more academic disciplines than any other international education organization.

IES Abroad

• IES offers programs in 36 cities and 21 countries
• Housing options are secured and vetted by IES Abroad, including homestays, residence halls with local university students, and apartments (often with a local resident assistant).
• Connect with 900+ past IES participants who have volunteered to answer questions.
• More than $2 million in IES Abroad scholarships and aid is available.

International Studies Abroad (ISA)

• ISA offers a wide variety of study abroad programs at accredited schools and universities in Argentina, Belgium, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Dominican Republic, England, France, India, Ireland, Italy, Jordan, Morocco, Northern Ireland, Peru, Scotland, South Africa, South Korea, and Spain.
• ELAP, a division of ISA, offers opportunities for service learning and internships abroad.
• Veritas, another division of ISA, offers Christian study abroad opportunities in Chile, England, France, Italy, South Korea, and Spain.
• ISA awards over $600,000 in grants and scholarships to participating students each year. In addition to those offered by ISA, scholarship opportunities are available through several host universities and outside organizations.

Living & Learning International (L&LI)

• Study abroad with L&LI in Quito, Ecuador in South America.
• The Ecuador semester is designed to combine classroom learning, ministry, and internships in a unique and challenging setting.
• Spend a full, 16-week semester learning Spanish, studying the Bible, experiencing local life through a homestay with an Ecuadorian family while experiencing the ecological diversity and beauty of the Galapagos islands and the country of Ecuador.

School for International Training (SIT) Study Abroad

• SIT provides immersive, field-based study abroad programs for undergraduates and are based on the experiential learning model, which merges hands-on learning with reflection. Programs include either an internship or an undergraduate research project.
• Choose from over 70 programs in 30 countries, uniquely including Iceland, the Netherlands, and Switzerland.
• Most programs include at least one homestay experience, offering a student the chance to better understand the local culture and to experience the daily rhythm of life in the host country. Many programs offer homestays in both urban and rural areas to give the student contrasting views of life in different social or ethnic contexts. Homestays can be anywhere from a few days to 14 weeks in duration.
• More than $1.5 million in SIT scholarships and aid is available.

University Study Abroad Consortium (USAC)

• USAC offers program locations in 26 countries featuring many unique locations for study abroad.

• USAC programs offer scholarships and discounts and are popular with cost-conscious students.

Veritas Christian Study Abroad

• Study abroad with an on-going missions component in Czech Republic, Chile, Costa Rica, England, France, Italy, New Zealand, Peru, Scotland, South Africa, South Korea or Spain.
• Experience a custom program in Sevilla, Spain in partnership with Grove City College.
