The Human Performance Laboratory is a teaching and research facility within the Department of Exercise Science. Our mission is to provide undergraduate students working towards a B.S. in Exercise Science and graduate students working towards an M.S. in Kinesiology with learning and research opportunities in the field of exercise physiology.
Located in the Physical Learning Center, the Human Performance Laboratory is dedicated to the development of research interests and to conducting meaningful scientific research. The laboratory contains equipment for training in blood pressure measurement, bicycle and treadmill exercise testing, body composition assessment, biochemistry, and health/fitness evaluation.
