Grove City College is now offering a 12-credit, four-course online STEM endorsement program that can propel you into outstanding leadership as a STEM educator in diverse PreK-12 settings. With the need for effective STEM education in ever-increasing demand, this is a unique opportunity for you to make a meaningful impact on students and life-enhancing STEM fields.
Post-baccalaureate students with a minimum 3.0 college QPA who are Pennsylvania-certified Level I or Level II teachers may apply.
The cost per credit hour is $750. There is also a $50 application fee as well as a $100 nonrefundable matriculation fee once you are accepted.

EDUC 510: Integrative STEM for Early Childhood and Elementary School (3 hours)This course focuses on STEM topics, methods, curriculum, and instruction for school students in early childhood grades PreK-4 and elementary school settings. In this course, you will (a) gain exposure the standards knowledge of standards that are pivotal in the STEM field, (b) explore how STEM can be involved in other disciplines and used in cross-curricular activities and lessons, and (c) explore inquiry-based teaching and learning methodologies to teach different STEM topics effectively. In addition, you will participate in a field component in which you will design, implement, and systematically reflect on lessons and units, incorporating an integrative STEM learning cycle approach and developmentally appropriate methodology for PreK-4 students.
