Peter Frank has served as Provost and Professor of Economics since 2020. He oversees the college’s academic departments and the faculty. Prior to returning to his alma mater, he taught economics for over a decade before serving as Dean of the School of Business at Wingate University (NC). In 2012 he was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship at the Academy of Economic Studies in Chisinau, Moldova, where his teaching and research focused on micro-lending and economic development in a transition economy. Peter earned a B.A. in Economics at Grove City College, an M.S. at the University of North Carolina – Charlotte, and his Ph.D. at George Mason University.
