Office/Department: Enrollment Services
Description: Provide coordination for the College’s academic services including student registration for classes; tracking of academic progress; certifying students for graduation; as well as oversight of student academic records, degree verification and transcript delivery. Assist the Provost, Deans and Department Chairs in the creation of the academic course/room schedules and the College’s academic catalog of educational policies and degree requirements, The Bulletin. Assist with the coordination of commencement activities. Manage the functions for the Registration and Advising modules in the Jenzabar One software.
Requirements: This job requires a minimum of a master’s degree, doctoral degree preferred, and five years’ administrative experience preferably in an academic environment. Supervisory and/or teaching experience in academic information systems desirable. The successful candidate must have strong written and oral communication skills and possess strong organizational and computer skills. Must have the ability to interact professionally with administrators, faculty, staff, students, and the public. A strong, demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the mission and vision of Grove City College is essential.
