Title: Part-Time Human Resources Assistant
Office/Department: Human Resources Description: This position will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department with a focus on document management, file management, tracking, and reporting in compliance with applicable legal requirements. Other duties include assistance with recruitment efforts, annual survey data collection, and internal web site maintenance.
Requirements: An associate degree in Human Resources or related business field is required. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Prior experience in the field of Human Resources is preferred. The qualified candidate will have strong management, communication, and organizational skills. Skills in reading, analyzing, and summarizing business material is a must. Interpersonal skills are necessary to interact effectively with employees and supervisors. Must be detailed oriented.
