Grove City College’s Office of Global Programs invites candidates to apply for the Director of Global Programs position. This position is responsible for working with faculty to plan, coordinate, and implement all international programs including all summer and intersession programs, as well as all semester abroad programs for students. Additionally, the Director will work with the Provost to ensure all study abroad programs meet the academic and safety requirements outlined by all travel abroad policies. This position will work with the admissions office and the Director of the Imago Dei Center to help facilitate the onboarding and ongoing needs of the international student population.
Requirements: A master’s degree in a related field is required. Three (3) to five (5) years in higher education administration and experience living abroad/international travel and working with international programs preferred. In addition, this person must exhibit personal integrity, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team as well as interdepartmentally, strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to manage students. Other skills and attributes important for this role include being creative/innovative, flexible/adaptable, self-motivated, productive, organized, positive, and energetic. A strong demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the Christian mission and vision of Grove City College is essential.
