Title: Advancement Services and Donor Relations Coordinator Office/Department: Advancement Description: In conjunction with Director of Advancement Services & Donor Relations, this position plays an essential role in the maintenance and improvement of all data systems related to the Office of Advancement, including database administration, report/list requests, data mining and integrity, and Microsoft Office functionality. Additionally, this position supports the work of gift processing and donor relations. Requirements: A strong, demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the mission and vision of Grove City College is essential. In addition, this person must exhibit personal integrity, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team as well as interdepartmentally, strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to manage students. Other skills and attributes important for this role include being creative/innovate, flexible/adaptable, self-motivated, productive, organized, positive and energetic. A demonstrated familiarity or capability to learn the use of database management and the ability to analyze data is crucial in this role. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
