Do you want to inspire middle school students through math, English, history, or general science? Elect to be certified in up to two middle level subject areas and be ready to make a lasting impact on young adolescents, helping them prepare for the challenges of high school and the teen years.

Perhaps you have a heart for students at both the elementary and middle school level. Unique to Grove City College is the ability to pair this degree with an additional major and certification in elementary education. By choosing this option, you can graduate with three certifications in just four years, equipped to teach wherever you are called.

Grove City College is approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Education to offer certification programs in middle level education. Real-world field experiences in a wide range of intermediary classroom environments starting your freshman year and culminating in a semester of student teaching during your senior year. Through partnerships with area elementary and middle schools, you will gain hands-on experience and develop classroom management skills.
