Title: Assistant Registrar for Non-Traditional Programs
Office/Department: Enrollment Services
Description: This position will assist in all areas of Registrar Office activities related to non-traditional programs, such as high school dual enrollment, adult education, visiting students, graduate programs and the College’s nursing partnership with BC3. Coordinate student enrollment; course registration; mid-term and finals grades; degree audits and record retention. Act as the first point-of-contact for all non-traditional student concerns received by the Registrar’s Office. Coordinate the publication of the Nursing Program Booklet and Graduate Bulletin. Provide support for the Jenzabar Portal (myGCC) for both student and faculty users involved in these programs.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred. A minimum of five (5) years of administrative experience required, preferably in an academic environment; supervisory and/or teaching experience in academic information systems desirable. A strong, demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the mission and vision of Grove City College is essential.
