​The moment has arrived.  You’re ready to begin the strategic job search or graduate school search process.  We recommend that you review your resume with a CSO staff member in the fall prior to beginning the search.  Remember, only about 20% of available positions are advertised; 80% are in the “hidden” job market.  So, how do you find these jobs?  Meet with a counselor to begin strategizing your approach using such methods as networking, On-Campus Recruiting, job fairs, online job boards, researching organizations and sending them your professional documents, etc.  We look forward to working with you on putting together an individualized strategy for you based upon your skills, interests, and geographic preferences.
