The purpose of an interview from an employer’s perspective
is to assess your interpersonal skills, attitude, values,
intelligence and experience. It is a chance for them to see
how you would fit into their organization, and to clarify
any information on your resume.
The interview is your opportunity to match your talents and
interests to the needs of the employers. Your goal in the
interview is not to merely convince the employer that you
are the best candidate for the job, but also to evaluate
whether this is the right position for you.
