Internships

Internships provide wonderful opportunities to gain some practical work experience, while refining professional skills and gaining insight into a particular industry or organization. An internship is a short-term intentional work experience in a field of potential interest to you. It may, or may not, be a paid position. And you may or may not receive academic credit for your internship. For more information about the process for attaining credit for your internship, go to GCC’s internships website.

Check out our Internship Guide (available in the Resource Library on JobGrove, on our myGCC page or hard copy in our office) for more information and advice about the internship search process.  Be sure to also review our Online Job & Internship Sites section to access resources for finding internship opportunities.
