Tutoring

Tutoring is an excellent a valuable and accessilble resource for students to both gain and offer help in a particular subject matter. The Office of Academic Advising provides ways for students to acquire a tutor, become a tutor, as well as to learn more about free departmental tutoring on campus.

Grove City College is blessed to have students willing to share their time and talent to help other students. To find a student tutor you simply need to fill out a tutor request form and then contact your student tutor to coordinate meeting times and location. There is a $10 per hour fee for individual tutoring services and a $7 per student per hour for small group tutoring services.

Tutoring is also a great opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life here at Grove City College. Every semester students are needed to apply to be tutors. All students who are interested must complete an application.

Departmental group tutoring is great way to get help in a specific subject area without the cost. See departmental list for available courses and times.
