Tau Alpha Pi (TAP), the Grove City College Theatre Honorary, sponsors the Spring TAP One-Act Festival during Parents’ Weekend 2014. The show consists of four short plays directed by students. The plays include “The Petrified Man,” by Eudora Welty adapted by Anna Kitchin, “The Boor,” by Anton Chekov, “Sorry, Wrong Number,” by Lucille Fletcher and “Little Father of the Wilderness,” by Austin Strong and Lloyd Osbourne.All performances will be in the Little Theatre in the Pew Fine Arts Center on campus. Doors will open 30 minutes prior to each performance. Performances will be at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 1; 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on Friday, May 2; and at 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 3.Admission is free, but tickets are required. Reserved tickets may be picked up at the door 45 minutes prior to each performance. Seats will be held for advance ticket holders until 15 minutes before show time.
