Position: Full-Time Accounting Professor

The Department of Accounting at Grove City College invites applications for a full-time faculty position beginning in July 2014. A doctorate [Ph.D. or D.B.A.] in accounting or a business-related field is preferred, however, candidates who possess both an applicable Master’s degree and relevant professional certification [CPA, CMA, etc.] may be considered. Previous college teaching experience and work experience are also necessary. The position requires the successful candidate to teach Principles of Accounting, Advanced Financial Accounting, and one other upper-level course, depending on qualifications. These courses may change in the future to suit departmental needs. The department has 100 accounting majors and a longstanding reputation for excellence as evidenced by its outstanding placement rate and top 25 national ranking on the 2012 CPA Exam.
