At Grove City College, we believe Christian formation is a critical component of developing mature, competent graduates. We envision a campus community that is grounded in Christ-centered worship, shaping us individually and corporately. We seek to engage in whole-life discipleship, building up believers with the good news of Jesus and by the power of the Holy Spirit. And we are focused on manifesting the Kingdom of God by reaching out in love to our campus, to local neighborhoods, and to the “ends of the earth.”
Chapel services at Grove City College are generally held in Harbison Chapel. We gather as a community to worship Jesus Christ, to rest in his love and forgiveness, and to be shaped by the reading and preaching of his Word.
The Chapel Program
Grove City students have a plethora of ministry opportunities to choose from, including domestic and international service and outreach programs to campus-specific student-led groups.
Ministry Opportunities
Compelled by the fullness of God’s love, opportunities are available for students to actively serve local and global communities through Inter-Community Outreach service trips and the Red Box Global Outreach mission programs. Both programs are student initiated and facilitate Christian service in a wide variety of settings and roles.
Service & Outreach
Ministry groups serve our on-campus community and also fulfill the needs of many in our surrounding area. On campus, our organizations meet regularly for fellowship, Bible study, and prayer while our off-campus ministries serve locally as the hands and feet of Christ.
