Orientation Board (OB) is made up of over 100 upperclassmen chosen expressly because they want to serve you by helping to acclimate you to life at Grove City College! When you arrive on campus, a member of OB (look for the white shirts!) will approach your car and ask if you would like help moving your belongings into your room. If so, the OB team will help to make quick work of the move-in process. If not, we’ll understand and respect your family’s wishes to unload without help.
Rest assured, your OB Connection Group mentors (you will learn more about them soon!) and Resident Assistants will connect with you soon after you arrive in order to help with your transition to Grove City College!
On behalf of the students, faculty, staff, and administration, I would like to offer you a warm welcome to Grove City College. It is our hope that you will enjoy this year’s program of Welcome Week activities and that you will be deeply enriched through membership in our living and learning community.
We have planned a comprehensive program designed to quickly orient you to academic and campus life at Grove City College. Please attend each activity as this program is designed to connect you with fellow students, members of the faculty and staff, and many offices available to help guide you through your transition into Grove City College and beyond.
We are excited you have chosen to be a part of the Grove City College community and look forward to having the opportunity to support you in your pursuit of knowledge, the refinement of your gifts, and the discovery of your calling. May God bless you as you take this very important step in becoming all Christ has made you to be!
