On Made to Order Monday, high school students can meet with an admissions counselor, tour campus, discuss financial aid, visit a class, meet with faculty, and enjoy lunch with current and prospective students. The day is yours! Just let us know your preferences in advance of your visit. Registration is required at least one week prior to Made to Order Monday.
If you cannot attend Made to Order Monday, you may still schedule a personalized visit on any day of the week by calling (724-458-2100) or emailing the Office of Admissions.
You’ll be greeted by Office of Admissions staff in Crawford Hall (building number one on the campus map). You'll get a campus information packet and we'll point you in the right direction for your first appointment. After a busy morning of learning about Grove City College, all Made to Order Monday participants and guests enjoy lunch together before resuming their afternoon activities. Feel free to stop by the Office of Admissions at the end of your day with any questions or just head on home.
Once you have signed up for your visit, our staff begins working on coordinating your appointments. As soon as we have a full schedule confirmed for you, you’ll receive the itinerary via email. Plan to arrive at Crawford Hall between 8:30 and 8:50 a.m. unless directed otherwise by your individual itinerary. The end time of your visit will depend upon what you request. Please note: If you request a faculty visit but aren’t sure what you want to major in, let us know what department you would benefit from meeting with the most.

Where should I park?
Parking is available directly in front of Crawford Hall and in the lower parking lot across from Memorial Hall (building number 20 on the campus map). Parking is free and parking passes are not necessary for Admissions visitors.
Where is the Office of Admissions?
The Office of Admissions is located on the first floor of Crawford Hall (building number one on the campus map).
Are the day’s activities for both students and parents?
Question and answer sessions, campus tours, financial aid visits, faculty visits, and lunch are open to prospective students and their guests. Classroom visits are only open to prospective students. Admissions interviews begin with the prospective student only and then parents/guardians are invited in for questions during the last 10 minutes. Guests of prospective students are welcome to explore campus, visit the Breen Student Union, or relax in the Office of Admissions while prospective students are in their interview or doing a classroom visit.
Can I meet with a varsity coach during my visit?
Yes, our coaches love to meet prospective athletes! However, in order to stay compliant with NCAA regulations, you must contact our coaches directly. Visit athletics.gcc.edu for contact information.
Is my visit for me and my family or are we part of a group?
Admissions interviews, Financial Aid appointments, and faculty visits are individual meetings between you and your family and the respective staff member. Walking campus tours, group question and answer sessions, classroom visits, and lunch include multiple guests at a time.
How will I navigate campus on the day of my visit?
Our buildings are centrally located and easily walkable. If you aren’t certain where you need to go next, just ask! Our faculty, staff, and students are happy to help. We recommend reviewing our campus map prior to your visit to get a basic understanding of where buildings are located. You’ll also receive a paper copy in your packet when you check in for your visit. Please note: Our campus is divided into upper and lower campus by Wolf Creek. Visitors typically only have appointments on upper campus.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
If you are doing an Admissions interview, we recommend bringing a resume to refer to during your visit with your admissions counselor. If you are going on a walking campus tour, make sure that you are dressed appropriately for the weather.
