B.S. in Finance, B.A. in Spanish

How does the tuition cost of Grove City College compare to the other schools you looked at during your college selection?
It was very low compared to the other schools I looked at during my time searching for schools.

How is faith incorporated in the classroom?
It is integrated particularly in ethical practices of my major. “How can I apply my finance and Spanish major in a Christian way to make a difference in the world?” is a question that repeats itself in the classroom.

How would you describe the level of academics you have experienced at Grove City College?
Very rigorous and applicable. Not regurgitating information and passing classes. You need to work at it. I believe that is very important.

What are some of the ways that professors ensure that students not only receive information but truly learn and understand how to apply that information?
Their office hours are quite lengthy, and they will not dismiss you if you do not understand something that may be easy. They take the time to ensure your understand by explaining as much as you want.

What do you find to be the most unique aspect of Grove City College?
The College does not take federal funding, which I believe is very important.

What are some of the things you do during your free time either on or off campus?
I spend my free time working with middle school and high school students on Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. I am paid to be a youth leader, so I also do behind-the-scene planning for all events and attend retreats, conferences, and mission trips.
