Grove City College, my second home since 1996.
As a daughter of faculty and a Grove City native, I’ve basically been a Grover from day one. From learning to ride my bike around campus and having students babysit for our family to planning to be roommates with my best friend (since preschool) and watching every dance and theater performance I could, it has been an absolute joy to grow up in this town and experience life as a student at Grove City College. This school has been instrumental in shaping who I am from before I could even walk or talk, and I am thrilled to now walk alongside you as you consider making Grove City your home too!

About Me
Even though I had experienced so much of Grove City College before I became a student, I had no idea how much I would grow during my time here. As a high school student, I made sure to keep my college options open but continued coming back to Grove City as my first choice. God's hand in that decision—and in my time as a student—was so evident. I was pushed academically. I was encouraged to try new things. I grew in my walk with Christ. And, I found an incredible community of people who challenged and supported me.

The community I found included not only fellow students, but faculty and coaches who engaged in my life in a variety of ways. As a marketing major and theater minor, I didn’t expect to receive encouraging notes from the women’s basketball coach or to be personally encouraged by President McNulty and his wife after my performances. But that’s Grove City for you!

Outside of my academics, I was involved in various extracurriculars on campus including Orchesis (student dance troupe), Spring Dance Company, the theatre program and honorary, Orientation Board, Inner City Outreach (mission trip to Jamaica), travel to Greece and Italy, and Greek life. Every aspect of campus life that I got to experience was a blessing that shaped me for the future in countless ways, and I’m thankful for this opportunity to experience campus in new ways and help recruit future Grovers.

Favorite Scripture
"Let us know; let us press on to know the Lord; his going out is sure as the dawn; he will come to us as the showers, as the spring rains that water the earth." – Hosea 6:3
"Put on then, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony." – Colossians 3:12-14

Favorite College Memory
Meeting my best friends freshman year of college and watching iCarly on the ceiling of our dorm room. Convincing everyone we took a day trip to Canada but actually just went to the thrift store. Celebrating milestones with each other.

Favorite On-Campus Activity
Working with Professor Garvey to choreograph for Orchesis, Spring Dance, and Children's Theatre. Helping to put on events and activities with Orientation Board.
