Students applying to Grove City College as freshmen applicants can submit their application as Early Decision I, Early Decision II, or Regular Decision.
Students who are prepared to make a binding commitment to Grove City College as their first choice school should apply as Early Decision. A student should not apply for Early Decision unless they fully expect to accept an offer of admissions from Grove City College.
A student who applies as Early Decision agrees, upon acceptance, to withdraw applications to all other institutions and submit no additional applications. Students applying to Grove City College as Early Decision should not apply to any other institutions as Early Decision.
Those who do not qualify for admission through Early Decision may be considered again with the Regular Decision applicant group, unless the student is denied admission.

For students who are not prepared to make a commitment to Grove City College as an Early Decision applicant and for those students who are considering several colleges and would like to decide where to attend after hearing from all of them, we recommend applying as Regular Decision.
Applications received after the regular decision application deadline are considered late and, if accepted, are placed on a waiting list.
